Design Panel fields not appearing in Analysis office

Hi

We are facing an issue with the Analysis office, when we try to run reports in Analysis office some of them are not showing the fields in Design panel, when we refresh it for the second time then the characteristics and key figures are showing up in the design panel

We are using 2.5 version of Analysis office,

can someone please help to find a solution

Do you have for that report "Refresh Workbook on Opening" property set ? If not then fields will not be displayed after opening the workbook, since call to your data source is not initiated. Check that setting for your workbook in Component tab and make sure that it's selected:
