Hi Experts
Currently we are in EHP 6 and HR Version SAP_HR (604) and EA_HR (606). , ABAP Environment
We are planning to bring new components based on HCM Fiori apps : SAP Fiori 1.0 for SAP ERP HCM SPS 2 in the current system landscape. (Deploy the standard apps as it is)
sap help referrence:

One of the Pre requesties it seems to be Set up of Fiori system landscape based on ABAP Environment

Our system landscape roadmap:
***********************************
As per our roadmap, we are planning to upgrade to EHP7 and then all the ABAP related DB will be migrated to HANA. I hope it will take another 1.5 years to 2 years to complete the same. In 2016 we are planning EHP7 upgrade (Phase 1) and in 2017 all our DB will be migrated to HANA. (Phase 2)
As per the help referrence I could see there is another link provided by SAP to maintain the SAP Fiori landscape for HANA DB.
If this is the case, is it recommended to bring the SAP Fiori 1.0 for SAP ERP HCM SPS 2 in current system landscape based on EHP6?
Do we have lot of re work involved once we migrated to EHP7 (with HANA DB) If i installed HCM Fiori apps on EHP6 or it is just a normal technical upgrade without any rework.
or should I wait to deploy Fiori HCM apps until the entire system landscape migrated to EHP7 with HANA.
Please share your suggestions on the same.
Kind Regards,
Prasath
Hi Prasath,
As Masa already mentioned you could install these HR apps on EHP6 and when you migrate to Ehp7 with HANA you should not have any issues. These app work on anyDB or HANA in the same way.
There are other apps available as well now SAP Fiori 1.0 for SAP ERP HCM.
Best Regards
Pankaj
