Deployment of Fiori application to CF: Issue with metadata/Odata calls

Hi All,

I have deployed a fiori application built using SAP BAS, where the datamodel was consumed from an onpremise S4HANA system.

Cloud connector and Destinations are configured. PFB Destination config

The app works fine in preview mode in BAS. Data from onpremise system is viewed properly. However, after deployment of app to cloud foundry, the metadata calls fail with status code 500 : error: 500 Internal Server Error.

Please let me know if there's anything else to be done.
