Deploy RAP Application to SAP Rise

Dear All

We are having SAP Rise ( Private Cloud ) and want to deploy a RAP application directly using Eclipse or Visual Studio. Is there any possibility to skip the cost of Business Application Studio and to deploy a RAP application directly over SAP Rise System rather than deploying it on BTP cloud foundry.

Secondly as Rise system is accessible only through VPN, how the deployed App will be accessed by users through Mobile in field and retail stores.

If deployment of custom RAP App over BTP is the only option and deployment over Rise system is not possible. Do we need licenses of SAP Build Work Zone and SAP Start to access the App deployed over SAP BTP, and how the BTP will be accessing the services as system is only accessible through VPN.

you can deploy with vsc.

Can your company resource be accessed without vpn? it is quite normal to connect to vpn first, then access the resource.

it is also quite common that you expose some content to outside world(public internet). it is just basis/Infrastructure question.
