Anita,

With a red request you cann't continue to have successfull delta load. Thus first delete the delta load and then proceed with delta load.

When you load is not successfully, then forcefully change the green light to red and delete that request. And then continue with delta load again.

Hi Rohini,

There is one request with Status Green. But if I go to monitor screen that request was failed. After that 5 uploads have taken place , & all are having status green .

But the Number of records are increased enormously for each of the request exactly getting doubled

Hi,

I hoope ther in no error in the process.

One request got failed with 0 records , still the status of that request is green in the manage screen .

May be ,because there are no records available on that time .

Now whenever she is doing delta load the delta upload records numbers grow enormasly .

May be , there are records being created in R/3 enormasly .

Until and unless you donot see any job failed , you can assume the delta process is going in right manner.

Anita,

Surprising to see your load continuing with red request.

Ok just check out if the records were loaded for the request with red light in monitor. Then may be you can forcefull change the light to green. And if no records were uploaded then you cannt have rest successfull delta load continuing. So i would suggest you to delete the bad request to the rest request and then go for fresh new delta load.

Try to check the data one on one with the corresponding R/3 Table.

Usually, if the monitor says RED, that implies, the request is in FAILED status. In the next request, it picks up the failed request.

I think you need to check the data and confirm if things look good.

Hi,

There is one column in the Manage screen "PSA ID of request is generated with actiavtion" both the request have the same 1d ie 479918

06.08.2005 479918 (status is green, in the monitor screen its red failed because of IDOC problem) 0 records

07.08.2005 479918(SAME ID as before) status green records are getting doubled

08.08.2005 480318 status green records are getting doubled

09.08.2005 481470 status green records are getting doubled

Anita,

That means two requests were activated together. Nothing else.

in RSA7 I saw one column no of records with value 18,000.

Does it mean 18,000 records should be loaded to bW

Hi,

you should not come to conclusion that , whtever records in RSA7 are to be uploaded to BW. Becuse sytem will also maintain the records of recent(completed) delta uploading till it gets successful information of next delta loading .It is maintained for re scheduling of failed delta.
