For 2LIS_02_ITM, the LOEKZ field for a PO having process key =1,is not getting populated for the reverse image whereas its populating for after image at the ODS level where the process key is changing from 1 to 2.
1 ) Is it correct if the del indicator "L" populates for the after image instead of the reverse image?
2) How does the process key changes once it is deleted in the R3 side from 1 to 2.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Ms.Nitnaware,
for your 1st question, as far as I had discussed with my project mates, yes it is correct since the reverse image seems to interfere with the deletion itself, please do check if it is available in the archives. ( for more ideas (https://scn.sap.com/thread/2019605)
the 2nd question, I am not very sure but I can only assume there should be a background program like the one indicating the GI status in VBFA table.
Hope I am helping you with the issue.
Regards
Vijay

Hi
If I am recalling it correctly, this extractor wont consider the PO's with deletion indicator.
I have confirmed with functional team, and reply was - if user is creating a test PO and will not save it to become a active PO - that PO logically should not be considered as PO for BW also.
So in our case we were OK as such PO are not even considered by BW extractor.
Where as if active PO is deleted in source system, those are captured by BW extractor and sent as as after image.
Thank-You.
Regards,
VB

Hello,
Answer to question 1: There is note from SAP which explains why Extractor does not send reverse image, instead it only sends item del indicator L. This is because POs item already marked delivered are deleted, then such deletion is statistically irrelevant.

Answer to Question 2: Don't know.
