Deleting webi reports/crystal reports/dashboards from server after some days?

I wanna delete some reports from server after some days. Is there any way to achieve this ?

Are these scheduled instances? If so you can just set a limit on the parent document. If they aren't instances, then what is your criteria? All reports created in a certain folder? Last accessed? Modified?

My criteria is I created some reports for some days only. After that time lines those reports automatically get deleted from the enterprise.

There is no automated way to delete the reports after some days.You/BO Admin needs to delete all these reports manually.

I don't think there is a tool to help you out achieving what you need. In my opinion what you can do, is create a Archive folder and remove all the access to any user on it. Once this is done you have to manually move the reports to this folder location, where is future you can also delete them if not needed.
