Hi dear experts,
I came across the fact that I am not able to delete the tasks in ALM Project (the way out I chose is to set them to non-relevant). Is this on purpose by SAP or is there any permission I am missing? If so, could you please help where to set it?
Thanks in advance and kind regards,
Yuliya

Hi Yuliya,
you need to set the "state" attribute to "obsolete" .. then you can delete the tasks in a second step. the task status is something different.
see also this blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2022/01/26/sap-cloud-alm-important-change-set-tasks-requirements-to-obsolete-t...
