delete sap log file on mssql

can you advice if it is safe to delete database log files because it become to big that almost used all the space on our servers

You can change the db mode to Simple, and run shrink to clear Log file, it is safe 100%. But by this way, if you have any problem or want to restore DB, need to fully Restore (.bak) not by specific point.

You can't delete LOG files! If you do so, you will make the DB inaccessible!!! You need to shrink the log files using MS SQL Management Studio and then try to find what is causing the log increase.
