Delete comments from version in SAC

Hi Team,

We enter comments in different versions at different combinations. By end of the year, we want to cleanup the comments entered in all the versions. We tried deleting the version and creating again with the same name but comment does not get deleted. How can i delete the comment from versions? I do not want to delete comments cell by cell as i am not sure where the comments are entered.

Hi William,

With the help of Analytics Designer. We have tried with version management too. After deletion of the version, if we create a new version with the same name and add data to the previous entered comment datapoint, old comment pops up.

I don't think there is a way to mass cleanup comments which are obsolete.

3190802 - Is there a job that deletes comments that are no longer used in the background in SAP Anal...

Please upvote the idea to get this feature in future updates.
