Deactivation of data sync betwenn SU01 and HR Master Data (PA30) for specific field

Hi SAP community,

We'd like to deactivate the sync of the title value in the adress data of SU01 and title value of HR Master Data (PA30).

Currently if we set the title value in HR Master Data of a user to for example Mr. or Miss the value of the title field in the address section of SU01 gets changed as well.
Usually a very useful function but for several reasons not for us.

So is there a way to prevent that the title value in the address data in SU01 of a user gets updated?
