DDIC_ACTIVATION TP_STEP_FAILURE 0008

Hi Experts,

System: ECC 6.0

DB: Oracle 11 G

OS: HP Unix

I an Upgrading SAP_Basis Component patch level 17 Release 740. During import we stuck with DDIC_Activation phase first, due to duplicate structure of WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT.

So we deleted the duplicate structure of WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT, and try to proceed further but again this time we got one more error.

- Error in phase: DDIC_ACTIVATION

- Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE

- Return code: 0008

- Error message: OCS Package SAPK74000ICPSAPBASIS, tp step "A",
return code 0008

we just looking for the solution from the SAP expertise, thanks in Advance whoever looking and providing support on this.
