I am also facing same problem while applying SAP_BASIS patched in freshly installed NW7.5 system.

SE38 >> RUTDDLSACT <F8>

Put all inactive object and execute... do not do one-by-one.. do all together..

Hello,

if it doesn't work inthe first place, read the log carefully to detect dependant objects. This report cannot resolve dependencies in all cases.

E.g: I had to run for:
STATCURRENTALERT_TABFUNC, then
STATCURRENTALERT_CDS, and finally
DATABASETABLEALERT_CDS
