Datasource (0CSM_CASE_LINKS) does not fetch data in PSA

I have a standard datasource (0CSM_CASE_LINKS), Data in CRM system have 13 records as shown in image. But when I extract data by InfoPackage it shows me "0" records. Can anyone help me out please..?

Error message in IP : No data available Diagnosis The data request was a full update. In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not contain any data. System Response Info IDoc received with status 8. Procedure Check the data basis in the source system.

This type of cases is related to the authorization issues, please review the recommendations from below SAP NOTES:

1. 692195 FAQ: Sales Analytics and CRM-BW data Extraction. Question 2.- On executing transaction RSA3 I get records but I find 0 records when I load data from BW request.(No Data Available).How can I extract data in this case?
