Data updates in SAP Signavio Insights

Dear all, 

To my knowledge, the data in SAP Signavio Insights is updated weekly. However, this does not apply to all processes. Depending on the process, the data range varies and in some cases is one to two months in the past. I don't understand why there is such a big difference in the data range depending on the process and why not all data is updated at the same time. We also need a short interval (e.g. daily updates) for the data in SAP Insights. Would that be possible in general?

The Business reference guide details when data collection happens for PPI's. Different process flows take into account different time periods (reference periods). To give you a more tailored answer, please open a case in SAP For ME for more detailed information as we'd need to know what ones you're talking about and the business case so we can check it properly.
