Data Point Comment Add / Edit is giving error

Dear SAC Experts,

I have created the query in BW System. And I have created the story in SAC and included BW Query. Currently I am trying to add/Edit data point comment for keyfigures. The system is giving the error message as

And while checking the error Console (F12), below is the error message.

Deleting Data point Comment is working fine. As I checked in the backend table (ADSO of the BW system) the indicator is updated with “D”. I have already activated the gateway services using TCODE: SCIF, /sap/bw/ina/Documents.

Just want to know, is there any other gateway services that I need to enable for Data point comment Add and edit. Pls suggest any other settings, that I need to perform.

Probably it worth a check if the mentioned BW notes mentioned at the bottom of this help page are already applied.
