DATA Integration App not working (Data is not getting loaded to IBP)

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue in IBP i.e., Data is not getting loaded to IBP and all th CPI-DS task are getting struck in "PROCESSING Status" as per the Data integration tab.

In the IBP job log, for every 10 mins it is writting the logs as "Task is in process with status code TASK:RUNNING and status message Task is running".

Could you please let us know how to resolve the issue ?

Try to stop the execution and re-run it.

In view history, Under action--click the button to stop execution. If you don't see the button for quite long time then it got stuck and you need to wait.

What is the status of job in CPI DS? Did you look at the view history of interface?

Hi Praveen,

In CPI-DS, process is showing as "running". In the view history of the process, it is showing as below

2021-02-18 15:04:53 (1:1) JOB:Checking the status of post processing for application: Organization Name

2021-02-18 15:04:53 (1:1) JOB:Post-processing satus will be checked again in 30 sec.

The same log is repeating for every 30 secs.
