Data extraction from S/4HANA SAP Customer management

Hi Experts,

In our client, they are migrating SAP ISU system to S/4HANA and to have CRM functionalities they are adding a plug in SAP CM on S/4HANA. We have been requested to remediate the related BW extractors of ISU and CRM. We remediated ISU related BW extractors based on the SAP note provided.

But for CRM BW extractors we couldn't find the matching extractors/CRM views in SAP CM implemented in S/4HANA.

Can someone please through some light on to find the matching extractors / alternate solution (CDS views, Fiori apps ) to get the below extractor data in SAP CM on S/4HANA?.

• 0CRM_LEAD_I,

• 0CRM_OPPT_I

• 0CRM_Sales_Act_1

• 0CRM_OPPT_H

• 0CRM_CONTACT_OUT

Hi Kumar,

Starting from SAP S/4HANA 2020 you can use the CDS view I_DataExtractionEnabledView to identify CDS views available for data extraction. With SAP S/4HANA 1809 OP, you could use View Browser application to see the list of CDS Views which are extraction enabled.
