Data Export from SAC Planning to IBP

Hi all,

while trying to export data (Date/Product/measure) from SAC Planning to IBP the following

error message comes up:

The following errors occurred during export: status:500 body:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><error xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2007/08/dataservices/metadata"><code>GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED</code><message>Runtime Error: 'GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis.</message><timestamp>20201214212613</timestamp></error>

Seems to be a technical issue. I checked already Note 2964509 , was not helpful.

Can you check if your setup and config is as per documentation-

SAPCP Cloud Connector

Import Data Connection to SAP Integrated Business Planning

Exporting Data Connection to OData Services

If all above setting checks out and still you are seeing issue, I suggest creating an incident with SAP Support. Try to use the expert chat option for quick and easy response. Troubleshooting of these kind of issues best suited via incident and access to your system.
