We are in a CVI synchronisation project in preparation for the transformation from ECC to S/4HANA. We were able to convert the customers and vendors to business partners. The contact persons of the vendors could be created correctly. However, it does not create the contact persons for the customers. When we run the CVI Load Tool, the message appears that the business partner for the customer has already been created and the programme does not continue. Is there a separate programme that can be used to create contact persons or does anyone have any ideas on how we can solve the problem?
