Custom MDK code for barcode reading logic is not working on Zebra scanner device in SSAM 2410

Hi All,
We have upgraded SSAM to 2410 and the enhancements we've made for the Inventory Clerk persona. Specifically, we've implemented functionality that reads concatenated barcodes formatted as (Plant/SLoc/Material) and updates the corresponding fields in GI, GR, and PI screens. The enhancement has been successfully tested and is working as expected on both iOS and Android devices.

However, our client has now decided to switch to using Android Zebra scanner devices instead of the previously mentioned iOS/Android devices. Unfortunately, we are encountering an issue where the concatenated barcode reading is not functioning properly on the Zebra scanner devices.

Could anyone assist us in resolving this issue? Your expertise and support would be greatly appreciated.

When you say it is not reading correctly are you still using the same Barcode Camera scan action and OnSuccess rule on the Zebra and it is not working or are you trying to use a hardware scanner now on the Zebra instead of the camera scanning Barcode action?

And is the camera scanning working on the Zebra devices just like on other devices?

@bill_froelich Ya camera scanning worked on Zebra devices and when we sacn concatenated barcode it wont read contains and does nothing.

Assuming I am understanding correctly that the camera scan on the zebra succeeds but he parsing does not, you will want to debug your rule to see why it is failing on the zebra then.
