Custom Function to lookup anyone value in MARA - SAP BODS

Dear friends,

I have excel sheet values as below

I need to find anyone of this value exist in MARA table and the field name is EXTWG

if exist i need to say FOUND or NOT FOUND

If anyone knows how to write custom function for this task in BODS please help me.

in general you will not be able to do look up on SAP Tables, but you can join instead, take a csv file as source and do with the field you are looking for and pull 1 column from there if you are getting values for that column means that value is existed other wise it will write null to the non matching fields ...at the end null means not present and the rest are present ...hope you already got the solution as i could see its an old post
