Custom Field 'Code List' created using Custom fields and Logic(CFL)

Hi ,

Need your expert inputs/advice.

A custom field is created as 'Code List' using app Custom fields and Logic(CFL) and that field is appended to a standard table. The code values and its descriptions of the new code are defined and it is available as f4 help.

During this process behind the scenes, a dynamic value table is generated in dictionary and is assigned to the custom field of standard table with some random name (example ZZ17CCB73DE80F74) which is conflicting with the predefined naming conventions of custom objects.

I would like to know if creation of table name can be controlled in some way.

After raising OSS Message, SAP responded that currently it is not possible to influence the name of custom field code list table in any way.
