Custom Field and Logic - Publish failed

Hi Experts, 

Greetings!!!

We are on OnPrem and have been using the Custom Field and Logic for Business Context Purchase Order Item as Code List Based on CDS View. I have been adding the curtain annotations like @ObjectModel and Consumption. 

Problem - It is not generated properly and not allowing to publish. 

Any idea who we can do from Backend, I have seen couple of Tcode for this but it is associated with TR.
