Custom extension supporting files are not adding into iOS app using MDK 2405 application

We are generating MDK project with our own custom extension with 2405 SAM. We followed all suggested steps to create custom extension and add to the SAM client.

In our custom extension we are using forms related supporting files called enketo-bunndle.js, theme-grid.css files, but we are unable to see those files after generating iOS application. Because of that we are unable to see our forms. 

Below are the software versions we are using,

1. MDKCLNT2404P_3-80009072. - MDK client
2. ASSTMGRBRNDSDK00P_4-80008827 - MDK project 
3. ASSETMGRMD240500P_4-80009241 - Metadata
4. MDKPLGINSDKIOS00P_5-80008824 - Extension

Our MAC OS version is : Sonoma 14.2.1

XCode : 15.4
