Custom domain for multiple subaccounts

Hi,
currently we are registering a custom domain within a (CloudFoundry)-Subaccount named "production" which is the provider accounts for productive SaaS-Apps.

As we have additional provider Subaccounts for QAS and DEV within the same organization, is it popssible to use the very same custom domain also for those subaccounts? If so, do we also need to subscribe the Custom Domain Service for those accounts? Or will it already be available since being mapped to the global account without further action?

Hi ttrapp,

It is possible to share a custom domain within Organizations of a Global Account or even across Global Accounts by following the instructions provided in SAP Help. It is not necessary to subscribe to the Custom Domain Service in the other Subaccount. However, it should be noted that if Custom Domain SaaS Route Mappings are to be used, they must be managed in the initial subaccount where the domain was registered. Feel free to reach out for further questions! When sharing across Global Accounts, please be aware that you cannot use the SaaS Route Mapping Feature in this case!

Hello everyone, is it possible to have the Custom Domain in one subaccount and the Integration Suite in another subaccount? I am doing it this way, and the Integration Suite service was not listed when creating a subdomain.
