Hello.
I need help.
If you know of any of the following, please reply.
Currently, most of C4C functionalities have been interfaced with CM(SAP On-Premise CRM). For example, when an user inputs an order through C4C, the data are interfaced in real time into the quote in CM. So our client says that the related screens in CM, more likely data input & update, should be locked on the moment an user tries to update any data of the interfaced object in C4C. However, we're not quite sure whether it's possible for C4C to control the CM behavior or CRUD authority in the above manner. Could you please provide us with how to control the external application in C4C? Thanks!
