I would like to upgrade our current SAP Crystal Report 2016 to 2020.
According to the community under chapter 7 following is stated:
You are eligible to purchase a license of SAP Crystal Reports 2020 (version 14.3) with an upgrade discount if you are the named user license holder of any of these previous versions of SAP Crystal Reports
In SAP store there is a 2020 full version and 2020 upgrade version available, I do not see any difference in price when choosing any of those ? How do I get my discount?
Maybe I'm supposed to remove something at checkout? Thinking of "SAP Crystal Reports 2020" and just leave "SAP Crystal Reports 2020, upgrade version" ?
