Dear Experts,
We are using SAP 9.2 PL08 and have created a crystal report.
When the user execute the report in SAP B1 layout is correct (all information are visible in landscape) but when he tries to print, in different printers, a part of the report is not printed and seems to be printed in portrait.
Please mention that we tried to change printers settings but with no effect. Also, in crystal report page setup, option "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size" is selected.
Could you please advice?
