We have a Crystal Report that prints out of our ERP Software, Vicinity Manufacturing. It is a landscape report that previews in landscape but won't print that way on Windows 10 machines. It works fine on Windows 7. We have installed the 'SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit) version 13.0.20.2399'. I have tried versions 17 with the same result and version 22 that completely crashes Vicinity. The report prints fine directly out of Crystal Reports XI, it also prints to pdf without issue. The printing occurs when sending it to the default printer, I have tried 3 different machines with 3 different printers. The printer properties all say 'landscape'. Does anyone have any ideas of what else to try? Thank you in advance for your help.
The developer has told me that they have the SAP WPF Viewer embedded in a Vicinity window; so it is running within Vicinity. Version 13.0.17.2096. This information may help someone help me (I hope :))
