Crystal Report Printing Issue on Chrome, edge and Firefox?.

Crystal report showing export button when click on print button in Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers rather send printer to client side attached printer as it working in Internet Explorer.

Also is there any alternate to ActiveXControl that support modern browsers e.g chrome, edge etc for a client side printing?

Please tell us any alternate or proper solution to fix this problem urgently. Thanks

There are none, IE was the last Browser that supported and ActiveX plug-in.

Only option is to print to PDF or write an application where you can use ExportToStream to stream the print job to the users PC.

Chrome does not support direct printing from anything. Instead, when you print in Chrome, it will automatically try to convert whatever you're printing to a PDF and then print that. This is not something that can be controlled from Crystal - it's just the way that Chrome works.
