Crystal Report - Joining 2 Commands

Hi,
I need some help with this...
I need an output that shows:

Item        Description           In Stock      Sales Qty
ABC1       Test Description     1                  0
ABC2       Test 2 Description  0                  100

So I setup a command for ithe item, using OITW and OITM

I also setup a command for sales with a date range the user can enter in

I am trying to join these commands together but I am stuck.

The purpose is I am trying to see all of the items in the system and whether or not they have any sales quantity.  I would want filter the ones that the in stock > 0 and the sales are 0

Can someone help with this?  I worked on it yesterday but I am really stuck.
