Crystal Report doesn't show in VS2022 on Add New Item

I have installed 2 setups, but the report is still not showing up in the 'add item' section. Please provide guidance.

It looks like you've got the correct 64-bit version that's needed for VS 2022.

Did you install both a .msi and a .exe?  If so, uninstall the .msi - it's only for deploying the runtime with your applications.  Then, re-run the .exe by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as Administrator" - even if your user ID has Administrator privileges on the computer.  Because of the way Windows security works, this is the only way to get things to register correctly.
