Crystal Report - Database Connector error

Hi,
I have developed several reports with CR 2016 and with connection to MSSQL via OLEDB.
The reports work, on many computers, but lately on 2 PCs with Windows11 they report the error "Database connector error".
I tried to change the type of OleDB drive, (including Native11) but the problem remains the same.
I reinstalled the redist package on the PCs, but nothing

Can you help me?

PS: The same reports on other PCs work
Version of CR used CR 2016 sp8

According to 2016PAM Cr 2016 is not supported on Windows 11:

What redist package are you using?

Note CR for VS SP 37 was just released, it should support Windows 11.

You can enable CR's Database logging component to see if it catches the error:

According to CR for VS PAM minimum SP 33 for Windows 11 support:

Thanks for the reply.
I use CR16 (SP8)  on windows10 and I have no problems
The problem is on 2 pc with Windows 11 of our customers and

the strange thing is that on many other PCs with Windows 11, we do not encounter problems

I use OleDB driver for MSSql on report.
Can you tell me where I can download the redist pack for windows11?

You can see all of the updates here: https://help.sap.com/docs/SUPPORT_CONTENT/crystalreports/3354091173.html

I suggest enabling CRLogger and see if it catches what the problem is.

CR fully supports Database Security so if the user is not able to access the tables the report uses it can generate that error.

See if someone else can log in, use a report with saved data and then hit the Refresh button, it should prompt for log on info.

You will need to do more debugging....

I would like to point out that we do not have the problem on the development machines,

but on the customer's machines where our software has been installed,

therefore I cannot debug where the problem occurs

Our software is installed on many PCs, but the problem occurs only on 2 PCs

Do you also know where I can find the redist packages to install on the customer's computer?
I can't find it in the link https://help.sap.com/docs/SUPPORT_CONTENT/crystalreports/3354091173.html
