As we understanding, Crystal report 2020 is 64 bit, while it shows 32 bit in Report Definition output like below which is exported from Crystal report 2020. Is it normal ?

I reported this to R&D and they are going to remove the 32 bit info, it's only static text, it doesn't check the platform, left over from the original design.

I believe it's just an oversite from R&D, they never updated the info in the export.
I'll ping the developers and get them to fix it.
The export is only available from the designer so it's not that important...
Thanks for reporting it.

You can't in CRD, only time you get warned is if you have an old report and try saving it you'll get a message indicating you are updating the version.
Using a .NET application you can get the history of the report which may help:
