crpe32.dll | System.Type.Initialization.Exception

Hi guys, 

currently we are facing on multiple Machines a System.Type.Initialization.Exception when trying to use CR. We use the SP36 in 64-bit. 

The errormessage displays the following:

 Could not load C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\crpe32.dll

The crpe32.dll is there and the installation was successful, we tried it more than once. Reboot also does not help. 

Any suggestions?

First thing is SP 38 was just released today so download it and upgrade your Project to use it and rebuild.

What version of Visual studio are you using?

WEB or Desktop app?

Project platform set to X64 and not AnyCPU?

All CR assemblies have the Copy set to false? You don't want the dll's copied into your \BIN folder.
