crowd partner admin

Hello Team, 

I created a new user and i associated a ''crowd partner admin'' as a policy group, i tried to connect to the partner portal but the screen always white, can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Did you check the user Crowd type is PARTNER_ADMIN ?

No i didn't change it , because when i click on the edit button the crowd type disappear so i can not change the type.

Please delete that user. Then log in to the Crowd Workforce and send an invitation to that person. if you follow standard way user set up will appear correctly.
