credential information//first time login

Dear Experts,

we are setting up SAC environment for a client, I figured out the link of the SAC tenant. What are the initial credential information to be able to login? I assume that a system administrator has access and then new users can be created when needed. Or there is a general user to be used to login? No one entered this system ever, I cannot contact the system administrator to create a user for me. Thank you for the support

When a tenant is first provisioned a system owner is assigned to the tenant.

Only this user can create the first additional credentials for Admin or other users to access the tenant.

Please refer to the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2603653 with further details regarding this.

There is nothing that can be done from SAP side to create a user for you, you must contact the system owner.

After you create an SAP Analytics Cloud account, or one is created for you, you'll receive a welcome email. This welcome email is sent to the System owner. User need to Click the activation button in the email to activate account enter some information and set password. Login For the first time

Firstly only system owner can log in and then system owner can create users on the SAP Analytics cloud.

If you cannot ask system owner to create a user for you, you can request to assign Admin / BI admin role to a user and then that user can create user. Follow the Help portal link: Create User.

In case if system owner cannot login to SAC then try resetting the password and log in.
