Creating "Scope from file" for S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition?

I am exploring Scopes on SAP Cloud ALM. I want to create a Scope based upon a file, but the by drop-down available Solution Scenarios only show S/4HANA Public Cloud. I want to use the S/4HANA Cloud PRIVATE Edition Solution Scenario.

Does this mean I cannot use "Scope by file" and need to go the manual route?

I am reviewing some old unanswered questions and came across yours about the ability to create a new Scope from File and then need to do so for S/4HANA Private Cloud.  I see your screen shot shows you do NOT have access to a Private cloud Solution Scenario, but I can share with you the present option does offer this:

Thx Paula... better late than never ;-)... and yes, CALM has evolved since I asked this, but we worked with manual scope creation at that time.
