Create CR type dumps internally at CL_FDT_SERVICES_INTERNAL

Scenario: 'Create change Request type and activate 

Standard code dumps at select statement when joining FDT_ADMN_000 , FDT_RSTL_0000 with the version table FDT_ADMN_0030 We could not find the object id causing this dump

Dump :  Any one faced dump DBSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB in the standard class CL_FDT_SERVICES_INTERNAL GET_FUNCTIONS_FOR_RULESETS line 112, please let us know any suggestions regarding this or any latest sap note to solve this.
