Create Button not working in Manage Sales order Version 2 F3893 application

we have SAP S/4 HANA 2023 version, and in the new Manange Sales order V2 app, the create button link is not working.

Nothing happens when we click on it, nothing in the error log, no console or network error.

It is not calling any odata service.

Can anyone help us here ?
