create an Incident using the component LOD-ANA-BI for data acquistion in SAP SAC

we are setting up SAP SAC for the first time.

where/how do i get ( SAP Analytics Cloud tenant URL) to insert when creating incident below?

Hello wanjiru,

Usual system owner (S User ID) mapped to SAC tenant receives email from SAP. That email contains required URL information. This system information is also mapped to customer number. So a lookup by customer number will pull SAC tenant information. So you have following options:

1. To to SAP Support portal and lookup by your customer number. You can ask your BASIS team to perform this lookup.
2. Talk to your SAP AE and they should be able to help re-sending welcome email with required URL info again.
3. Create SAP Support incident (without) and they can check Customer system mapping and share this information.

Is the SAC tenant URL sent to the customer after purchasing the licenses?

I believe this is simply your SAC tenant URL. It should be something like: https://[customername].eu10.sapanalytics.cloud/. The "eu10" is the datacenter and may be many other datacenters depending on if you are in the eu, us, jp, etc.

This is simply the URL you use to log into your SAC tenant, not something specific to SAP Cloud Platform.

By SAC tenant you mean, our internal tenant system or the one that will be provisioned by SAP once when connect to SAP SAC system?
