Are CR 2013 reports supported for CR version for Eclipse? I'm assuming so but can't find anything official.

Yes they are, The Java SDK in Eclipse is the same rpt format as CR for Windows.
The reports created by CR for Enterprise are not readable by the Java and .NET SDK's.
