Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation: Subscription Failed

I am trying out free trial, but when I tried to subscribe to "SAP Build Process Automation" it failed with a message "Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation: Subscription Failed" tried twice and failed both the time. It does not show any reason as such, it says try again later. It is pretty straight forward process I believe as I am following steps as per the tutorial. Is there any prerequisite to be able to get it working?

I have encountered the same problem, another ticket show that it will be autoresolved after 2 days

I have a BTP Trial Account.

This happened all week.

Hi everyone, hi ,I have found this SAP Note with the solution: 

3203062 - Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation

Resolution

You can resolve the issue by:

• Create another subaccount for SBPA
• Delete your IRPA subscription on your subaccount
• Enable the [Maintenance Mode] for your IRPA subscription
