Couldn't create an instance of service 'ABAP environment' with plan 'shared'.

Hello,

I'm trying to create an instance of ABAP ENVIRONMENT, but the following error is occurring:

"Couldn't create an instance of service 'ABAP environment' with plan 'shared'."

"Service broker error: Service broker abap-trial-broker failed with: Internal Server Error"

I'm using a Trial account and I haven't created any instances yet.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I'm facing the same issue since yesterday. I'm not able to create the ABAP environment with standard plan.

@RaulManu, can you tell me when you last tried to create the service instance (to the minute in UTC)? This way I can check our logs.

@RaulManu It looks like you already have a user in the shared ABAP Trial system which leads to the error during the service instance creation. Can you provide the e-mail you are using?

@RaulManu thank you I have received your email. Are you sure it is the correct one? Is it identical to the one shown when clicking on your profile in the top right corner in the BTP cockpit? I am asking because I just tried creating an instance myself using the provided e-mail and the creation was successful. How are you creating the instance? Are you using the booster or have you created it manually (via marketplace)?

Hello @paulgiesa, maybe is because I have two BTP cockpits assigned to the same mail, but i have the issue in the Trial ones.

I´m having exactly this problem since the last 3 days.

I don´t know if Sap has to fix something but it´s not the first time I have problems creating an Abap cloud instance.
