I am getting an error message on Extract Data(template) task when I am running the automation in quality tenant. "Could not upload the document for information extraction: The templates(s) used for detection are deactivated"
When I run the automation in Development tenant, automation runs without any errors.
Also, I can confirm that all the templates in QE1 tenant are active.
However, whenever I click on any one of the templates then I am getting below error:
Kindly help.
