Sap Business One Service Layer V1.26

Using a .Net OData client for Service Layer as described in the `OData Client for Service Layer` document https://help.sap.com/doc/138a52ba164b4c3197ff4d19621400a3/10.0/en-US/4e330dc617254c4e942ba42116bff90...

Since updating to Sap Business One 2502 (Could have happened prior, error is rather rare), we are getting rare, intermittent errors when using the Service Layer API to create & update activities. The activities are still modified successfully, however the response we are getting indicates some sort of failure.

Has anyone else had this issue?
Is there logs in Sap that I can check to help diagnose this issue further?
