Could not build destination cache key.Isolation strategy 'tenant-user' is used.User undefined in JWT

Hello All,

I developed a CAPM Fiori Application in BAS. I am consuming a Standard SAP API to read the data with the help of destination in CAP service.js. It's running successfully locally. I deployed the changes to DEV and CONS. Deployment is successful but i am not getting data when i access the CAPM application in CAP FLP in DEV and CONS environment and there is no error in FLP console.

When i go to BTP subaccount and check the logs for the same application. I see the below error:

{"messageContext":"destination-cache","package":"connectivity"}, Could not build destination cache key. Isolation strategy 'tenant-user' is used, but tenant id or user id is undefined in JWT.

All the required configurations looks fine.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
