Could not access UME console with SAP*.

I reset password for "Administrator" in UME console and then I could not get in the console with SAP*. Here follows the error message:

503 Service Unavailable

Application cannot be started.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: JMS error.

My NW WAS version is 6.4.

I think if you change your administrator password you need to update it in more than one place. Better use the Visual Administrator to reset again and try.

You can change the password for this in the configtool.bat

I'd also try checking in the Admin Console

Go to :

<sid> > Server > Services > Deploy

Switch to Applications > Check all applications have a tick and not cross against them.

Also Double check the settings in <sid> > Server > Services > UME PRovider
