Could not able to update LM-SERVICE.

Hello All,

I could not able to update LM-SERVICE and LM-TOOLS on Solution manager 7.1 (Java stack) through SUM tool, the current version of LM-SERVICE is 7.10 SP13 and LM-TOOLS current version is 7.02 SP16.

Can someone please suggest on this.

Hi Nisar,

I see you are trying to upgrade LM-SERVICE to SP14 PL9 . What's your current SP level of Solution manager 7.1?

Hope you would like to know - "it is important to use exactly the indicated LM-SERVICE Release and Support Package corresponding to the Solution Manager System current (or in preparation) Software level ". Details on 1483508
